Refund Policy

Preamble :

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also preferably be in the original packaging.

The above admission will be different if your item is defective or damaged upon receipt of the package, in which case, please follow the procedure described in the section regarding exchanges (below)

 

Section 1 - Refunds (if applicable) :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain time frame.

 

Section 2 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Section 3 - Sales items (if applicable) :

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Section 4 - Exchange (if applicable) :

We will only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to: info@kyppie.com

In this e-mail, we invite you to join the order number (or a copy of the invoice) and a proof (a photo or a video of the defective and/or damaged elements) and send your article to the address indicated on the packaging of your parcel. 

 

Section 5 - Delivery :

To return your product, you must send us an email : info@kyppie.com

Customer's address

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. (24 to 37 business days)

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
